How we repair it

  1. Symptom isolation

    We determine whether it's individual key switches, the full keyboard assembly, or a connector issue.

  2. Replacement

    Depending on model, this is either a top-case-and-keyboard assembly swap or individual key/switch repair.

  3. Full key test

    Every key, including backlight and function-row response, is tested before the Mac is returned.
