   Tell us your model and the issue — either through our quote form or by selecting your model and repair type from the menu. We'll confirm a fixed price before anything is sent.

2. 2. Pack it up, we cover UK postage

   We'll send you clear packaging guidance and a free, tracked postage label for customers anywhere in the UK — no cost to you to get your device to us.

3. 3. We diagnose and repair

   Your Mac is logged, diagnosed, and repaired by the same specialists who handle our in-person Essex customers — genuine care, board-level diagnostics, and quality-tested parts.

4. 4. Fully insured return shipping

   Once the repair is complete and tested, we send it straight back to you on a fully insured, tracked courier service — so if anything were to happen in transit, you're covered.

We regularly repair MacBooks and iMacs for customers outside the UK. International customers are responsible for their own outbound shipping and any customs charges, but the same fixed-price repair, insured return postage, and 16+ years of Apple hardware experience apply — wherever you're sending your Mac from.

• Is my Mac insured on the way to you? UK customers using our free postage label are covered by the courier's tracked and insured service. For international customers, we'll advise on suitable insured shipping options for your device's value.
• Is the return postage really free? Return postage is included and fully insured as standard on every postal repair — no hidden shipping charges added to your quote.
• How should I pack my Mac? We'll send full packaging guidance once your quote is confirmed — generally a snug box with padding on all sides, screen protected from pressure, and no loose items able to shift in transit.
• How long does a postal repair take? Most common repairs — screens, batteries, keyboards — are turned around within a few days of your Mac arriving with us, then sent straight back.
• I'm local to Essex — do I have to post it? Not at all. Postal repair is there for anyone who can't get to us in person, but our full range of repairs is also available in person for customers across Essex.
